1. A grip yarn is knitted through the heel. It holds the sock where you put it — no creep down into the shoe, no bunching under the arch at the point in a run where you have the least patience for it.
2. Mid-crew height sits above the shoe collar, so the collar meets sock rather than achilles.
3. The fibre is anti-odour. Two runs on consecutive mornings is not a problem.
4. 29% modal sits against the skin — the softest thing in the blend, and the reason it doesn't feel technical.
5. Three pairs, because you run more than once a week.
6. Black or white. There is no third colour.
